A Brief Moment

Taken By Yours Truly

After the rain,

Before the sun sets,

Come to terms with why the daughters wept.

Dare to dream, past the sun rise,

Ear to the ground to see what’s coming,

Figure out why the daughters couldn’t stop sobbing.

Gather yourselves together,

Hear me loud and clear,

I know you hold your daughters’ tears.

Just in case you didn’t know,

Keep my message close,

Listen to appease your daughter find the unknown.

May the wind carry fear away,

Never to return,

Open your heart to love well-earned.

Place yourself on the edge,

Quiet on the horizon,

Reach to touch the stars before there are none.

Start down the path of joy,

There is nothing to stop it,

Under the night sky, the moon lit.

Very truth stops the tears,

Withhold nothing to exists,

X-factor will have to be the key, insist.

You watch the daughters cry over and over till the end,

Zero chances down to start over again.
