I Honor Each Drop I Consume

I love this quote:

“Once you carry your own water,

you learn the value of each drop.”

To honor this wisdom,

I made art around it.

I don’t know about others,

but I follow this life philosophy,

even when I was little kid,

before I got to read the words.

I never took for granted

what parents did for me,

what spouse does for me.

I never assumed, I am entitled,

I took all privileges with gratitude.

I am aware of each drop I consumed,

and put efforts to give back more.

consume less, adopt frugality,

be grateful, help yourself.
