I’m so sorry, I can’t fix your broken marriage, but I can buy you a coffee.
I’m so sorry, I can’t mend all your problems,
but I can sit and listen to you share what you want to share.
I’m so sorry, I can’t heal you instantly,
but I can start praying for your healing now.
I’m so sorry, actually I have no idea how to help you at all,
but I don’t know, maybe one day, I’ll know how to help.

I like the feeling of helplessness and hope in this one. Yes, sometimes there isn’t much we can do or anything that we can fix, but there is comfort and hope in being near
Showing that you care, and listening without judgement are two very real ways to help. You can't really fix other people, but being there for them will help more than you know.
Christ is the great Physician and hears every prayer lifted up. “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”” Matthew 11:28-30 NKJV
