I have a problem

I wake up humming a delightful tune

and this is new to me

because I'm not a morning person

I'm more of a

Growl, coffee, sigh, coffee person

And stranger still

When I open my mouth,

I sing

And though I have no business singing

I do

and sometimes I do a little dance

Which I should never do

but I can't help myself because

I met you.

and before I met you

There were no morning tunes

No dancing

No singing

But now...

Now there's you

And there's music

and I have a problem

I don't want to stop singing.
