I dream of you
Walking on the sand, holding your hand,
The gentle water caressing my feet,
I look into your eyes and see a future bright and sweet.
The sun catches my face, then I feel the warmth of a tender kiss.
No need here for any words; it said everything that touch.
A love that will stand the time,
I am yours and you are mine,
Two lovers who stood the test of time.
I am happy and cozy spending this night just we two,
And when tomorrow comes I will awake to no you.
For God had other plans on the day he came to call.
Here in the quiet moments, your touch remains,
A soft reminder in the pouring rain.
The warmth lingers, a sweet embrace—
A memory time cannot erase.
You live in my heart forever, your spirit so near,
A whisper of love that will always be here.
I will never forget you, no matter the years—
Our love pure laughter and tears at The End
