I don’t feel good, and that’s okay.
I don’t feel great, and that’s okay.
I feel shitty, but my feelings are valid.
I am human, and feeling low is okay.
I don’t have to pretend that I’m fine when I’m not.
Acknowledging my weakness doesn’t make me weak or a superhero:
I’m just me.
It’s the way of life: rainbow & thunder, sun & moon, heat & cold.
It's my current state of mind; not my permanent state of mind.
The only thing that’s permanent is my ability to honestly assess and acknowledge my every state of mind:
High or low, good and bad.
I’m not possessed: I am human.
I’m not overreacting: I am human.
The validity of my emotions is not yours to certify.
I don’t feel good, and that’s okay.
I don’t feel great, and that’s okay.
I feel shitty, but my feelings are valid.
I am human, and that’s okay, too.
