In a woman purse I am hidden.

A license she had to earn.

It is a fact that is given.

How to act she had to learn.

While many laws there are

that one must be trained to know.

Your rights don’t stretch far,

over the line you cannot go.

Your life you must feel,

a violent threat has been received.

That’s the legal deal,

harm must be perceived.

In anger you may not draw,

it don’t matter if pissed.

You cannot break the law.

Justice is not in your fist.

You may not take the law,

into your own hand.

It is not your call,

to make a moral stand.

To have a hidden gun,

is a legal fight.

But you are the one,

who must be in the right.
