i am [annoyingly] orange.

they say nothing rhymes with orange......

By ⸘jason alan‽Published 5 years ago Updated 2 years ago 1 min read

i am the reminder to myself of forced lessons, annoyingly orange.

i consider typical acceptance of repression morbid and obscene.

i see disingenuous connection and pay it back, don't pass go.

i do not accept the being burned, or acting Roman even in Rome.

i plague miscreation and unsavory indoctrination abound .

i never feel afraid to say so even if i am the only siren, unsafe or sound.

i may embody the black sheep and preciously unique, or not.

i shall defend vehemently and with pride, the tormented wooly black underdog.

i've always heard people say that nothing rhymes with orange.

i don't care because i know standing out is how i fit in.
