From the outside I seem like a beautiful ray of colours -one complimentary of the other
Each beautiful in its own rights until you pull the covers.
The mystery of the beauty and the beast. You begin to see the war within
A ray of colours yet dulled or outshined by beauty of its skin.
The REDness in my eyes from pain I endured and the lenses I see through. The scars I still nurse.
Yet an ORANGE ray of sunshine in my daily duties to brighten the days of others, as I rehearse...
The verse of faking it till you make it to happiness
Then I clothe myself to shine and love even harder than I did yesterday. Oh how I love my YELLOW dress.
It blinds them so much that they can not see my GREEN days.
As brighter sky’s I show them and the colour BLUE keeps them amazed
How in a world of darkness love and kindness still exists on the surface but in I go
The outer beauty attracts - what a lovely colour- INDIGO!
But my favourite place of all is deep within my inner cave - I create my own dialect
I sit for hours reflecting within on all my wins and my regrets.
I actively pick and choose the love I wish to give and allow others to taste of it
Oh what a complex but beautiful ray of colours. My VIOLET!!!!
