I am a soldier
I fight daily the odds
many young boys
in my front
look like ants

I don’t repent in peace
I build in storm

what work has peace
in my record
a weakness mere
a meditative trend
I don’t follow
all that life has set
but i am a solider
I protect
the weak in girls
by my strength on display
it’s seen
its also being heard
for i am a soldier
no ordinary in strength
I am
stay away from me
I am on mind’s record
for I am a soldier
I don’t weep
I am no weak
I am a soldier
you better get repaired
to stand tall
in front of my eyes
you need a good record
I am a soldier
they say a warrior
on life’s path
