Hymn to love

The blue sky over us may collapse… Édith Piaf

Love is the music of the heart.

When they beat in harmony,

A sweet melody of the seventh art.

The most beautiful symphony.

The sweetness of a violin in the city of love.

A passionate kiss under a great tower.

Walking down an avenue, our souls above.

The evening comes to offer a flower.

A guitar arpeggio that brings a tear to your eye.

The blowing of a trumpet, we see life in pink.

A note that confuses us, we wonder why?

And the words of a love song we drink.

On the branch of a tree you see a dove.

It was God who told you to be a lover.

An emotion, a thrill, hand on heart, together.

It's the music of the heart, a hymn to love.
