Hush, My Little One

A mother's gentle love song.

By Kamal LychPublished 6 months ago 1 min read

Hush, my little one, close your eyes,

The moon is watching in the skies.

The stars are singing, soft and low,

A lullaby the angels know.

The winds are whispering through the trees,

A gentle hum, a tender breeze.

The world is quiet, the night is near,

And I am here, my darling, dear.

Dream of fields where flowers bloom,

Where sunlight dances, chasing gloom.

Dream of rivers, calm and wide,

With love and peace on every side.

No harm shall come, no fear, no fright,

For I will guard you through the night.

My arms will hold you, safe and tight,

Until the dawn brings morning light.

So close your eyes, my precious one,

The day is done, the night’s begun.

Sleep, my baby, soft and true,

The world is waiting, just for you.
