I am so hungry.

For food, yeah sure. But more than that.

I’m hungry for so much more.

I’m hungry for progress.

Hungry for gains.

I’m hungry for self love.

Hungry not to hate myself.

I’m hungry to not be so angry.

So frustrated.

Hungry to not be so sad.

I’m hungry for normality.

Hungry to not be so dammed confused.

I’m hungry to not get stupid urges.

I’m hungry to have a normal relationship with food.

But I’m so hungry for all the food.

But I’m also hungry for things I know I won’t ever get.

No matter how stupid, I’m hungry for your approval.

For you to be proud.

Your approval.

The chance to try again.

I’m hungry for a normal childhood, whatever that means.

I’m hungry for so many things to be different.

Different to how they are.

Different to how they were.

Hungry for happiness.

I am just so damn hungry.
