Humans vs. Neanderthals. An Impossible situation
Survival at all costs.
The brutal blizzard made it impossible to move.
It was the waiting game, again.
Pursuers and pursued stuck by the same law of nature. The main objective was
Staying alive.
Everything else is secondary
...and will have to wait.
The year is 41,500 BCE and everyone is learning something new for survival purposes every day.
Neanderthals are right around the corner from Homo erectus, which in turn were right next forest from Homo sapiens
— the most dangerous human of them all
— and the most brutal.
A rumor started going around in their tribes that their species were in danger from Neanderthal over-reproducing.
It wasn’t true but logic wasn’t prevalent those days.
So, after the blizzard passed, the hunt was on again.
The problem for the latter was the HS’s weapons were far more developed.
The best they could do was wait, ambush...
And kill them all.
