When breath feels like fire and nights bring despair,
Begin with stillness, warm tea, and air.
Stack pillows high, let fever rise —
It peaks, then fades like stormy skies.
Don't fight the tide; ride its wave,
With rest as a shield, and calm the brave.
Track your signs, let panic cease,
For knowledge arms the soul with peace.
Each cough a step, each ache a clue,
The path you’ve walked will guide you through.
RSV may strike, but hold this dear
Survival is the outcome as RSV disappears.
