Nine parts of bitterness and one part of sweetness, half a lifetime of wind and rain and half a lifetime of cold, before we know it, we have reached middle age. Reality urges us to earn money, while time urges us to grow old.
In the first half of life, I was bold and enterprising, adept at handling all kinds of situations, and navigated the bustling social arena. In the second half of life, I remained calm when faced with problems and unannoyed by people. In a state of semi-seclusion and semi-concealment, I found peace in being alone.
Only then do we realize that in one's lifetime, the first half of one's life progresses from simplicity to complexity, accumulating experience. In the second half of life, one progresses from the complex to the simple, cultivating the mind and practicing oneself.
When one reaches middle age, the best days are not about experiences or splendor, but about being away from the hustle and bustle.
Half be clear-headed and be yourself, and the other half strive to be tolerant of others.
Different ages, different choices;
Admit the repeated failures and perseverance at the age of 20, embrace the loneliness and tranquility at 40, and enjoy the optimism and sudden enlightenment at 70.
By living each stage of oneself well, one also achieves the cultivation of this life.
Life is short, but hardships are long.
No one can stay young forever, but there are always people who forge ahead bravely.
May everyone not complain about the vicissitudes of life, not show off their sharpness, ride with the light and stretch with the scroll.
