how do I learn to forget?

How do I learn to forget how they take their tea on a sunny morning in their favourite mug And how they like it slightly darker on a cooler day,

How do I learn to erase the thought of which side of the bed to lie on because one side has the lump in the mattress,

Where do I learn to let go of the knowledge of which pillowed they liked to hold best whilst watching a film,

How do I learn to move on from what was my idea of perfect?

Where do I put the memories down and forget you for good.
