Wake up with a smile to yourself and smile at the day that has already arrived.
Smile at yourself, even when you are still asleep.
Smile at the sun, and even at a gloomy, gray, rainy day. Smile at every drop that washes away your sadness.
Be grateful that you are here and now, at this very moment.
Go outside or admire nature, smile at the birds, the sky, the sun, the clouds, every tree that greets you.
Smile at the people you meet.
Smile at the animals you encounter.
Be grateful for the state of health you are currently in.
Be grateful for every challenge you face.
Smile at every difficult situation you have to go through today and be grateful for how you deal with it or don't.
Be grateful for everything life brings you.
You are here to learn and experience.
