How My Shell Cracks Open In a Greek Cave

And I spiral into an abundant future

The Greek cave welcomes me

with soft whispers and salty waves

flooding my naked feet

---

I use my voice to hum a song

vibrating my inner and outer skin

until the sound evaporates

---

My bare feet dance on the sand

in tune with my hips

spiraling infinity

---

The sea is my witness

when it finally happens

My shell cracks open

---

The sea comes in, the light returns

I cry my eyes from black to blue

my seeking days are over

---

And now the cave still welcomes me

She asks for songs, and joy, and play

and I give it to her and the sea

in abundance...

---

I just love the shapes of nature. And shells hold my fascination. These days, we are in Greece, contributing to regenerative projects and spending time in and with the sea. We snorkel. We dance. And we hike up the mountains full of natural crystals and marble.

How do shells grow in spirals, you ask?

Designers love this stuff. It's all about mathematics. Vedic geometry. Biogeometry. And the more I know about it, the more it fascinates me.

What about the cracked shell, you ask?

I think it is what's happening right now in the world. We live our sheltered lives in shells. Fake security. Dulled and dimmed. Disconnected from Nature and the fact that we, humans, are Nature. We can never be separate. Everything is interconnected in Living Systems. And now the shells crack open.

A little light seeps in. A tiny salty wave. And we start to ask ourselves questions. What are we here for? Shopping? Partying? Or is there something else? Some life to explore?

I do my exploring in Greece now. The cave is real. My dancing hips spiraling infinity figures are real. And the cracked shell? She gained enough awareness to let more light in. To hum tunes and let them resonate in my skull, in my body, and in the cave.

Bouncing off the walls until they find abundance on the pages of my next book, Abundanism.
