How long does it take a busy person,
To one passive text,
Especially when it means a lot to someone,
I am just I have to take it the long way around,
Waiting for some sort of time gone by,
Waiting for a peaceful answer in return,
Someone special to fill the time in with,
I feel so invisible sometimes,
I just want to let you know I will wait for you for a long time,
You are worth it to me,
Do not make me wait too long,
I will search for all of your imperfections along the way.

They say good things are worth waiting for but I'm not one to wait. Not anymore. If someone wants me, they don't need to think about it. Life is too short to spend it on someone who doesn't know what they want. Wishing you the best 🙏
