How Life Is Vs How It Should Be

Can't Change the World Alone

By Victoria FloydPublished 8 years ago 1 min read

Everybody in this world has so much hatred Focused on all the wrong things why aren't you thinking

They have your minds corrupted laughing in our faces

Talking about celebrity troubles

We should not care we're not famous

New diseases this, New viruses that

This is their way of getting rid of us, Know that it's a fact

They have cures and vaccines for everything I Know It

But you have to have rich people kind of money

Be a slave to the monsters just to get a hold of it

Nobody seems to pay attention to what the Government's motive is

Dragging us down to the ground

It will be too late before the world even notices

What do we need guns for

To see who the toughest is

Going trigger happy for no reason

Not caring about the consequence

Doing jail time for taking a life

Because you felt like it

Or because someone disrespected you with words

Wanting to make a statement

Acting like you were right in this

I'm just wondering what kind of life you lived

To want to shoot someone over some petty shit

Thinking you're a man you act like a little boy

Spraying bullets at people like it's a Nerf gun toy

This world has more to offer, so what are you waiting for

surreal poetry
