How come if I don’t love you,
You are always on my mind?
And if I don’t care about you
Why do I worry all the time?
You think its a fallacy, I tell it is true
❤️💙❤️💙
How come if I don’t love you,
I want to fulfil all your dreams
Make them full of only good things
Whatever is within my means
All the comfort that it brings
❤️💙❤️💙
How come if I don’t love you,
I'm your lover and best friend
In this game of life, we play
The person on whom you depend
To get you through each day.
❤️💙❤️💙
So tell me if I don’t love you,
How come you're always on my mind?
And if I don’t care about you
How come we are so intertwined?
❤️💙❤️💙
Till next time,
Calvin

Love this! Great quintain!😊💗💖
Simply beautiful.
How beautiful. I wish someone would write a poem like that to me. She is missing so much. It’s sad 😢🌺🌺
Ah, that old conundrum. Done important questions eloquently woven with poetic precision in a great use of that form. Thought this was very emotionally driven but with great reasoning and questions from one partner to another. Great work
