Often there is no quiet, and I am disturbed, not by what is around me, but because I have a narrow mind and do not tolerate anything.

If life is already bad, and someone rubs salt into the wound, will you grind your teeth and pound your chest in hate?

The same things when approached with a rather relaxed state of mind, it really is not that big of a deal You can see that just by changing the way one looks at these things their effectiveness is greatly reduced.

They shouldn’t be given such an important role in a life that is so delicate. Although much of life is irreversible, those who have been exposed to many of the irresistible things in life can get totally demoralized and lose their ability to recuperate. Nevertheless, the long life is small compared with the eternity of the past.

often familiar with the situation when we answer other people by saying nothing for politeness, or kindness, pretending that we are drunk, helpless, boring really, or have an ulterior motive. Still, to whatever extent it is, there are so many dissatisfying spaces in life that demand one to unwind.

However, it is not enough to learn, for instance, how to comfort others. More often, what is required is learning what it means to say ‘nothing’ to oneself.

When you are sad, tell yourself “It is just a phase” The sun will nevertheless rise the following day.

For instance, when you feel sleepy, you should tell yourself that ‘it is nothing’ and then take a break so that you can continue on your business better.

What I mean by this is not having an opportunity to tell all my mistakes, but I simply wish not to indulge in them at all.

Mood is like a river, its state depends on its depth: The bottom line with dolphins as well is that deep water is calm, and shallow water is noisy. If your head is too puny, even a small stone can rouse the water; when your head is large, the stone will get lost in it.

It means that if a person is careless with his/her heart, there will be complaints in every aspect of life and that if the heart is eased, there will be springs all year round.

It stays nothing but the dream and goal of people to live their short lives to attain precious peace of mind. It is only possible to get a life without problems and without having to fight for anything with a heart as big as the sea.
