Now is the place
where all hearts go,
a race into sunset
to catch the tide
find happy dreams
on branches,
higher and harder,
each time you try to touch a wish
it turns to mist
or floats to tempt
another mind,
a soul waiting for home
and happy place.
***
What if you need this sun,
this light that grows colder
each second,
a breath can take away,
your will, the shade
covers last drop of strength
the garden you used to caress
now lies in weed,
forgotten and deceived
it trusted you to love
to ever-after glow,
you took happiness in a storm
returned anger
and hate
to where love used to bloom.
***
Flowers can't cherish desert,
don't waste a petal more,
find road back into dreams,
steps to a second chance,
the ivy can forgive
and so can heart
dare to belong
once more.
***
A gate to keep your soul
trapped in dark memories
and toil,
you're not staying unhurt
by cutting ties with world,
smiling
needs other smiles
in turn,
in love
in glowing gratitude,
making your light
takes wish
lights candles
from the sea
of other people's dreams.
***
Your flame grows stronger in this night,
doubt leaves your side with sun,
now you can smile,
be whole,
hate is melting on sill,
what you adored
is home once more,
laugh on this sunlit breath,
it can last,
hug your love,
eternal caress.
***
Don't wait in shadow for that day
happiness is never complete
take this second, the next
mold them into your cup
of sunny afternoons.
***
Days come and flee
laughter stays now,
in memories,
what came to pass
will visit one more time
leave key near the gate,
trust ivy
to cherish
your fate.
***
Dance with your fairies
teach them the way
to bring pace
and keep grace
in rainbow petals
without hate.
