On the edge of abstract horizons, we teeter,
Beneath a maple's golden bough,
There we search for halcyon's soft spoken vows,
Wrapped in a veil of mystery, we dream sweetly,
Our hopes dwell in a fragile shell of time’s farewell.
In twilight's grasp, a fleeting spark ignites the shadows,
And the Maple leaves dance in autumn’s spell.
Veiled laughter resounds without, and
Nature glows, as distant calls of owls hoot a joyful, who?
Within the balance, beauty lies,
A world unseen through cautious eyes.
Veil of night, maple's embrace,
Teetering on dreams, we find our peace.
