Hope In The Sky

Life Breathes Life Into Me

As I sit here in peace,

Underneath red skies, and still waters,

There is hope in the crisp, fresh air,

Letting me know, people still care,

When I feel that my life has been wrecked,

All I do is look to the sky,

And my heart blazes like a fire,

A crimson red,

And I know that I can stay afloat,

If I try,

Even if a teardrop falls as I cry,

I take a deep breathe;

I search for hope in the sky,

And as the sunset dances across the water,

I finally know, that everything I ever wanted,

Is awakening,

And as I survive each day,

The hope in the sky,

Is life;

And, life breathes life into me.
