Homemade toothpaste?

When does saving the environment stop being cool?

By Hannah Kawira HartwellPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

Bamboo toothbrush!

Paper straws!

Homemade toothpaste?

Now that's a bit too far....

It's only a bit of plastic

And it's recyclable, right?

The bin men are paid to deal with it,

It's not my problem, out of mind, out of sight,

Lose vegetables!

I can do that just fine,

But the plastic wrapped peppers are cheaper,

Will you let me off this one time?

What difference can I make anyway?

I'm just one person out of millions who might

Undermine any good work that I might do

But an acorn grows into an oak tree

Which spreads into a forest

That might start something new
