Homelessness

Homelessness is a sad fact that is true

Where people are sleeping in boxes and on the streets too

The problem keeps increasing year after year

It makes me want to burst into tears

It can often lead to drug addiction and prostitution

But there never seems to be any kind of solution

Some people are lucky and find places like The Night Shelter to go

While others not so lucky don't know this is so

Homelessness is a problem that is so very much in need

So come on people help and give us a chance to succeed
