It’s one of those things that I’ll never forget

Feels like yesterday on that day that we met

It was like 6 or like 7 at night

I was laying in my bed, caught this pain on my right

Went to the ER cuz I could barely stand

Waited for results from X-Rays and cat scans

The nurse came back and said ovarian cyst

I met you on that day and you’ve been here ever since

I let them doctors put me under the knife

Hoping once and for all you’d be out of my life

And you was gone for a little minute

Then came back saying you not finish

You’ve been here for so long it’s like your part of my anatomy

But on some real shit, I need you out of me

My body is my temple

You broke into my Queendom, moved in all your shit and you don’t pay rent!

Now you got squatters rights so I can’t even evict, ain’t that some shit

Nah you getting up outta there

I do not care

If I gotta drag you kicking and screaming, that’s word to me you leaving

You don’t belong here, you wasn’t invited

I’m not gonna give up I’m gonna keep fighting

Cuz this is not life, it’s not over for me

I need you to give back my ovaries
