Hoar frost

Poem

By Kaloriinn MasonPublished 2 years ago 1 min read

Winter frost

Of hellscape moors

Crystal shards

Thawed and frozen

Shattered fractals

Forever broken

This is my barren wastes

My hell bore

In still living space

Evermore casting the same mistakes

In warmth

The pines

Bristle promise

To be frozen

In chills of hoar frost

The heart is tired

In death tormented

For loss

And love

The figurine is Shattered

Too much lost to be reforged

In wars

Beaten and tattered

Very little more matters

Of yet there’s never

A escape

And never gentle

Warm touch

Of heavens tender embrace

From birth to death

Unwanted waste of space
