Him

English Sonnet

By Breanna ValentinePublished 8 years ago 1 min read

Dark jeans, red button up flannel, untucked.

Brown curly, short hair, smile that melts a heart.

Blazing blue eyes, body that’s full of sin.

Hands so strong, scent that can tear me apart.

Voice of an angel, bad as a devil.

Grips me, as if I am falling under.

Whispering, bringing me to his level.

Kissing me about, making me wonder.

Head to toe, toe to head, he moves around.

Taking all of me, he embraces me.

Inch by inch, moment by moment, hearts pound.

I love you’s are said as if it’s a plea.

Lying there, we are connected as one.

Curtains open, shining bright is the sun.
