Hide and Seek

The thrill of childhood games

In the dusty alleyways of our childhood,

Where the world was our playground,

We played the game of hide and seek,

And our hearts would beat with every sound.

The thrill of hiding behind the curtains,

Or crouching under the bed,

With the hope that no one will find us,

And the excitement that filled our heads.

But the thrill didn't end with the hiding,

For then came the hunt and seek,

As we searched high and low for our friends,

The rush of adrenaline made us feel so unique.

The giggles we shared in secret,

As we watched our friends search in vain,

The joy of victory when we were found,

Or the thrill of hiding yet again.

Hide and seek was more than just a game,

It was an adventure in our young lives,

A chance to be bold, to be brave,

And to create memories that still survive.

Now as we look back on those days,

We realize the value of the fun we had,

For the thrill of hide and seek,

Was more than just a game, it was a bond we shared.

So let's not forget those childhood days,

Where the world was our playground,

For in the game of hide and seek,

We found joy, adventure, and a true friend found.
