As rich as Etta James exhaling at last

As sweet as the Black Butterfly like Denice Williams

Telling a story like Gladys Knight on a midnight train to Georgia

Making you demand R-e-s-p-e-c-t like Aretha Franklin

Having a new attitude like Patty Labelle

I Apologize like Anita Baker

Remembering We are Family like The Pointer Sisters

Inseparable legacies built like Natalie Cole

Cant forget Mama like Min. Shirley Ceasar

You're all I need to climb the mountain like Tammi Terrell

Dancing in the Streets like Martha Reeves and Vandellas

Stopping in the name of love like Diana Ross and the Supremes

Receiving a long awaited message from Mr. Postman like The Marvelettes

In Control like Janet Jackson

I will always love you like Whitney Houston

Knowing it don't mean thang if you ain't got that swang like Ella Fitzgerald

Keep on falling in and out like Alicia Keys

Being there for every woman like Chaka Kahn

Unbreaking your heart like Toni Braxton

Bringing me joy like Mary J Blige

Feeling good like Nina Simone

Before the last dance like Donna Summer

Taking a long walk like Jill Scott

Being ready for love like India Arie
