Heartbeat

I saw the most beautiful thing last night.

When you opened up your heart, it unfurled like the most beautiful flower I’ve ever seen .

As the petals opened, the vivid colors spilled out and swirled upwards in thick vibrant ribbons of love and emotion, filling the still night air with sounds of angels singing exaltations of truth and unveiling.

The Light caught the dancing ribbons cascading through the heavens on gossamer strands , sending rays of light to the darkest corners and illuminating thoughts and fears as they turned to pebbles and crumbled. Carried away and scattered by the lift from angels’ wings as they hovered above the earth, hanging on every word.

Your spoken word flowed from your now fully open heart, like a silvery ticker tape of syllables and inflection, rising and falling with every beat, as your heart experienced a new feeling of blooming.

Like a delicate flower, it turned toward the Light and fully unfurled into a living, beating magnificent creature, its pulse ebbing and flowing as the words flowed in a steady rhythm. It reveled in the vast expanses open to it, colors blending and swirling in a heady kaleidoscope as thoughts spilled out like tiny rivers flowing toward an ocean.

My heart heard every silken word, felt every beat and saw every emotion, and found itself wrapping around your heart in a gentle embrace, protecting the delicate petals as they slowly closed.

My inmost being was draped in ribbons with the most vivid colors , intertwined with the gossamer strands to form a shimmery gown, as adoration flowed from one heart to the other . The moon seemed so much brighter, the sky was a deeper velvety blue and the stars twinkled at me.

I heard every word you said, but I was completely captivated by what I saw.
