Hear nothing, stay so still,

Keep your own counsel

Hear nothing, stay so still,

Hear nothing, stay so still,

let the world bend to its will.

See nothing, close your eyes,

hide beneath the quiet skies.

Say nothing, bite your tongue,

keep the words inside, unsung.

Footsteps pass, the wind moves on,

daylight fades, and you are gone.

Silent heart and empty hand,

lost like footprints in the sand.

Hear nothing, see nothing, say no word,

vanish softly, go unheard.

Sometimes it is better to say nothing, I agree... Wonderful poem.

Sometimes this is the way to go. Always did like the 'monkey phrase' as in the picture. Good job.
