Hear My Soul Roar

A Sonnet of Love’s Eternal Flame

By Printique StudiosPublished about a year ago 1 min read
Love's eternal Flame

The first light broke, and there you stood, aglow,

A beacon soft against the waking tide.

The earth spun slow, as if it too must know

The pull that tethered me so near your side.

Your touch, a quiet spell, a world begun,

Where time dissolved in strands of golden fire.

Each fleeting breath, a battle lost or won,

Each glance, the spark to dreams that won’t expire.

Yet what of storms that howl through endless night?

Would love endure beneath their raging cry?

The heart, though frail, finds courage in its flight,

To soar where dark and light together lie.

So let the winds rise fierce, the skies turn gray—

For love shall roar, unbound, to claim the day.
