"Healing Through Silence"
''When words fall short, sometimes just being there is all that matters."

When someone is going through a lot of grief, heartbreak, loss of a loved one, or disappointment.
I understand your grief, you are strong, you can get over it, forget it all and start your life again. It's too much to say...
I can't even imagine your grief right now. But I can be there for you. Get used to saying that.
Instead of saying that all wounds heal with time. There's no rush, let's get through this. I'm with you. Get used to saying that.
Don't think that everything will be fine. At this time, it's hard for you to even imagine why this happened, get used to saying that.
If you can't think of what to say at the moment. If you feel like you can't say anything to make your heart feel better. Stay close without saying anything. I'm with you, open up to what you're saying.
You don't need words to show love ..........

Sometimes even standing with a grieving person in silence is enough
