Healing in Silence

a poem

By Sen SabPublished 9 months ago 1 min read

In the quiet of the night,

When the world feels far away,

I search for pieces of my heart,

That left me on that day.

The echoes of your laughter fade,

The warmth of love now gone,

But in the silence, I find strength,

To face the dark alone.

I let the tears fall freely,

For the love that once was mine,

But in each drop, I find a seed,

Of healing, pure, divine.

Through the storm of memories,

I’ve learned to stand and fight,

For even broken hearts can mend,

And find the morning light.

The world is full of beauty,

In every step, a chance to grow,

With each new dawn, I see the truth:

I’m stronger than I know.

So I’ll breathe in deep tomorrow,

Let go of yesterday’s regret,

For in the art of letting go,

Is where my soul is set.
