
“How to be happy —
decide,
every morning,
to be in a good mood.”
Choosing to be happy
will help our
mental and physical health.
Our approach to life
will be far more optimistic and strong
when we choose to be happy
every morning.
When we make that determination
to smile and be cheerful all day long,
we will face and overcome
the challenges that come our way.
This is not easy
but when we remember
that ‘this is our life’,
and we have that daily routine
to cultivate happiness and positive thinking,
we ourselves
will ‘become’ a joy for others to be around and copy.
And
to make this choice to be happy
is also for ‘you’.
‘You’ deserve to be happy
every single day of your life
because you are Special.
