Happy New Year!!!

Vibing spring poems

By Anna Published 2 years ago 3 min read

We can all agree that the spring is one of the four wonderful season we've got from the "creator". I've always loved spring time. I can finally go out, the weather is not freezing anymore, everything is waking up slowly: the nature, on the trees leaves grow while on the ground the last snow is melting and eventually there remains nothing from the winter. And the animals creep out from their long-lasting hibernation, we can finally hear birds singing and hedgehogs (and other mammals like bears or deer) living in their natural habitat. This autumn I noticed a little hedgehog fumbling at the base of the shed. It was probably looking for some food at the beginning of the night. I wish you guys could see it. The tiny snub nose and the even smaller black button eyes. It was just so cute...

If you can't wait for the spring (and you love the nature), you have to read this vibing poem I wrote. Let's prepare together for the season!

Waiting for spring

In the heart of cold and wintry night,

A longing stirs for warmth and light.

The earth lies in slumber, frozen and still,

As we await the promise of spring's gentle thrill.

The trees stand bare, their branches stark,

Yet in their quiet patience, a hopeful spark.

Beneath the snow, the flowers lie in wait,

Dreaming of the moment they'll escape their frozen state.

The sun hangs low in the pale grey sky,

But its feeble rays bring a whispered sigh.

For deep within, a yearning grows strong,

To see the earth awaken, to hear the robin's song.

We long for the days when the air is sweet,

When the earth awakens from its wintry sleep.

The buds on the trees, the blooms in the fields,

The promise of renewal, the joy that spring yields.

As we wait for spring's gentle caress,

We find solace in the winter's quietness.

The world may seem dormant, but beneath the snow,

Life stirs and whispers, ready to grow.

The days grow longer, the sun's warmth returns,

Melting the ice, as the earth slowly yearns.

For the burst of color, the green and the gold,

For the beauty of spring, so precious to behold.

We watch the sky for signs of change,

Yearning for the shift, the turning of the page.

The snowdrops and crocuses, the first signs of life,

Glimmers of hope in the midst of winter's strife.

And as we wait for the earth to renew,

We feel anticipation, keen and true.

For in the blossoms and buds, we see a reflection

Of our own longing for growth and connection.

We embrace the stillness, the quiet and calm,

Knowing that soon, the earth will be balm.

For the weary soul, the spirit that yearns,

For the promise of spring, and all that it earns.

So we wait with patience, and hearts full of cheer,

Knowing that soon, spring will be here.

And in its arrival, we'll find new birth,

A celebration of life, a symphony of earth.

I wish y'all happy new year with the following poem I've written recently:

Cheers!

In the depth of midnight, a new year is born

A chance for new beginnings, a time to adorn

With hope and dreams, we greet the coming day

A fresh start, a new chapter in life's play

The old year retreats, its lessons learned

As we embrace the new, its pages unturned

Resolutions made, and plans to fulfill

In the new year's embrace, we find the will

So let's raise a toast to the year ahead

To the opportunities and paths to tread

With hearts full of joy and spirits high

We welcome the new year with a hopeful sigh.
