I wonder what Mother's Day is like for you now
Are there flowers we've never seen before?
Is there music and dancing and so much more?
Are you surrounded by angels and Jesus' mom?
Do you see your mother and family and friends?
It is filled with joy and beauty that never ends?
Can you see all of us here and feel our love?
Do you get to make a visit just to see
And help us remember how it used to be?
Are you loved beyond all measure
Do you laugh all day and night
As you remember each silly kid fight?
I think you get a special gift from God
One that lets you touch each child's heart
So even though you're in heaven, we never have to be apart.
