About the Port of Hampton, Virginia

Hampton at its Finest

Along the marina,

Boats wait to sail,

They look out,

As the captain hails,

There are many travelers,

And a mighty fort,

Look at Hampton's marina,

The views never come up short,

Brightly colored sails dot the port,

We just know that the marina is here to stay,

The bright sunlight rises to start the day,

The wind is caught by the sails,

As you take a journey,

Down the Hampton River,

Hope it is not too cold,

So you don't shiver,

The beauty is unmatched,

As the water meets your eyes,

To a new comer,

It is quite a surprise,

You can take it all in,

When you come to Hampton,

You will love it,

You will want to stay,

You will want to stay forever.
