Table d'hôte: a meal offered at a fixed price, with few if any choices.
The Bright Loop of Life
Yum bowled Froot with milk
Five servings each day is good
Breakfast in bright Loops

Cracking Fast
Sizzle cured bacon
Crack one egg, now two. Toast pops,
Fry, flip, lift. Plate up
~
Fried Kravings
There it is once more,
Unstoppable urge, it wants
Kraving Fried Chicken
~
Sticky Soul
There is pudding now
Sticky toffee atop cake
Empty fork, warm soul
~
Gumbo: Three Ways
One:
Chop Chop, Trinity,
Stir Roux, add Pope. Stir more. Wait.
We have made Gumbo.
Two:
Gumbo is good, wow!
Solid proof, something divine?
They can make their own.
Three:
Yeah, Makin' Gumbo.
Makin' Makin' Gumbo, yah!
Yeah, Makin' Gumbo!
