Guiding Light

In fields of green and skies of blue,

I wandered lost, without a clue.

My heart was heavy, my soul in pain,

I sought for solace, but all in vain.

Then came a light, so pure and bright,

It shone upon my darkest night.

It whispered hope, it sang of love,

It showed me ways to rise above.

Now I walk with head held high,

With faith and courage, I soar the sky.

And when I stumble, I know the way,

For that guiding light is here to stay.
