A Soldier’s Oath at Sea

For the Motherland, Forever Free

Amidst the waves and sky so vast,

A soldier stands, his heart steadfast.

On deck, he sings a song of pride,

With every note, his spirit's guide.

He sings of fields and rivers bold,

Of stories that his forefathers told,

Who bled for soil, for skies so blue,

For freedom’s sake, and honor true.

Eyes fixed upon the distant line,

Where ocean meets the stars that shine,

He feels the pulse of those before,

Their courage woven in folklore.

“Oh, Motherland, I stand for thee,

Bound to guard your liberty.

Should you call, I’ll not delay,

No storm, nor foe will make me sway.”

And with a whisper to the night,

He vows to keep her future bright.

For freedom’s cause, his life to give,

So generations yet may live.

For those at home, asleep in peace,

His silent promise will never cease.

And as he sings, his voice takes flight—

A soldier’s love, his country’s light.
