When you couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel,

it was the warm tone of white that refrained you from stumble,

which were the rays of the sun on a clear sky day.

When you were at your worst and felt so alone in your head,

it was the calm color of blue on a friend's shirt who embraced you and said,

'Hey, I'm here for you. Everything will be okay.'

When you were empty inside and didn't know who you were anymore,

it was the light brown tint of your eyes that reflected back in the mirror,

staring with compassion as you tried to find your way.

With soul-deep scars and burdens so heavy to carry,

you have journeyed so far no matter how much you grew weary.

The colors that ground you is the love all around you,

which shaped you into the person that you are today.
