Gravitational Addictions
Fools For Falling

It’s the float that gets addicting
Just before you hit the floor
A vase of flowers, struck by lightning
Jarred from the counter, with the door
Pedals in puddles, pools of promise
Scattered like a puzzle, done before
Loves grand collection of hopeful hostage
Fools always coming back for more

Such a beautiful poem, the image compliments it perfectly!
🩷 very pretty, Kelli!
This is amazing! The imagery is powerful in this one.
Fools indeed. Well done.
Again, almost sounds like everyday life in working with various relationships. Good job.
