Grateful For The Embodiment
The contribution of materiality to the elevation

Despite a common earthly mentality
that devalues or overvalues the body,
I flow within the world
being aware
of my materiality’s importance.
As a passenger of life
in a mean of transportation
made of flesh, bones, and more,
I consciously work
for my metamorphosis.
The earthly battle-field
can be seen as hard, easy, or both.
Pleasant or unpleasant.
But, it doesn’t “care”.
Because in reality, it isn’t any of these; it just is.
The originals of its phenomena
are non-physical and above
— right, Plato? — ,
and I’m looking
at their imitations.
So, does their non-authenticity
make them useless? No.
Does it make them useful? No.
They just are what they are.
It’s my choice that makes them one or the other.
They were once seen as real,
but as the range of perception
was widening,
an unveiling took place.
The fallacy was exposed.
My struggle to see
beyond the five-senses-field
and detect the omnipresent reality,
started right then.
My river doesn’t flow backward.
For the awareness to become
a permanent condition,
I use a lot of inner tools.
But, I wouldn’t have this chance
if the embodiment hadn’t happened.
So, my body is neither everything I am
nor everything I am not.
It’s just an opportunity
that my soul gave me
by picking it up as a dwelling.
I’m not in this world to preach.
No one can make another person elevate.
I am here to contribute
to the elevation of my species
by working on merging myself into my Self.
