Because street view is cheaper than an aeroplane ticket

One day perhaps very soon
I will see the desert dune
At midnight with a full moon
But money of course
*
The Norwegian aurora lights
Illuminating northern nights
one of the mysterious sights
But money of course
*
The city of angels
The city of bagels
The city of Naples
But money of course
*
The highest of peaks
the world's antiques
how bright are my cheeks
But money of course
*
A monument fit for a flag
All my possessions in a bag
a life that wouldn't be such a drag
but money of course
*
There's comfort if my future
Where I won't be a moocher
for now I need a suture
setting a new course
*
For now there's plenty to see
sat down with a cup of tea
On my computer a key
a more modern course
*
Before I board the next aeroplane
Before I enter a new domain
Before I embark to keep me sane
The web is my horse
*
Putting the yellow man on random streets
On the random views of winter retreats
On my laptop inside my nice bedsheets
The Yellow man's course
*
Till one day You and I are on foreign lands again
I'll spend I time when not on Money makings life drain
Still remembering that day in Sevilla's rare rain
When I knew life's course
*
On google maps I set the course for us
Whether we get A to B by plane or bus
Being together is a perfect plus
Always was my course
*
Ever since I was so very small
I wanted to look beyond the wall
And see everything on this small ball
Google maps my horse
About the Creator
Some Guy
I kinda suck at writing but I enjoy it
Anyway, here's a dumb little haiku:
The gunslinger draws
His opponent does the same
oh dear, they both died
