The Green Dot

has vanished.

She's figured

out how to show

as offline all

the time, like

letting me see

her login would

be a crime.

-o-

She thinks she's

out smarted me like

I don't know she is

there, It's just

this behavior

shows me how little

she cares.

-o-

Part of me is sad

but most of me is

angry because I

offered her the

world for very

little in return

only to have all

I've done for her

be ignore and all

my love for her

spurned.

-o-

I didn't ask her

to marry me, or

come live in the

USA, I didn't ask

if I could come

there and stay. I

asked her to share

her life with me

let me know what's

going on is all.

But it was like

talking to a brick

wall.

-o-

Now I don't really

know what to do

but if she thinks

I'm going to beg

for attention, of

doing so *I* have

NO intention.

PERIOD.

Just don’t the anger and resentment take over. When your light dims, screw in a new bulb. 😁

Sounds like a tough situation where you're feeling ignored and frustrated. It’s tough when you put in a lot of effort and don’t get the same back. That shift from hope to anger really stands out in this piece.

  • Some people are so ungrateful despite how nice we have been to them. Sending you lots of love and hugs ❤️

This is kind of angry and on the sad side poem. Nicely Done however, but at 74 I prefer uplifting things. I have been known on another platform for writing smile articles, do you think I should write some smile poems.
